Wow-Worthy Wood Stoves: Stylish Beauties Fit for Any Season

Spring will be here in just a few short weeks, and though we’re all looking forward to the temperature shift and pending wardrobe changes, we can’t help but remain obsessed with wood stoves - especially since they’re absolutely gorgeous no matter the season.

So, to give you some inspiration to help you survive the last bits of winter, here are our favorite wood stove styles out there today. Because lit or not, they always give a home a unique and stunning aesthetic - whatever the weather.

Floating

It doesn’t get much more alluring than a floating wood stove. Not only does it allow for unobstructed views (in front of a large picture window, for instance), but it also allows a room to maintain an open and airy feel, no matter the size. Because it doesn’t sit on the floor, it looks visually lighter and works to blend into the space seamlessly. Plus, the fact that it’s suspended is just plain magical, and we can’t get enough of it.

Colorful

While black wood stoves make up the majority of what you’ll find on the market, there are some incredible color alternatives out there as well. Whether you go for a crisp white, a fresh shade of blue, or a jaw-dropping metal like copper, it’s sure to be the focal point of your home and give your style an instant upgrade.

Centerpieces

Dying to access your wood stove from multiple spaces in your home? Use it as a room divider. Easily seen from all angles and quick to radiate warmth in all directions, a stove that is the literal centerpiece of a home is sure to thrill. Plus, there’s no limit to the creative directions you can take - wrap a staircase around its flame, make it a stand alone piece, or build in a space to store your firewood. All are equally jaw-dropping.

Whimsical Shapes

Think outside the box with a wood stove that takes a whole new direction with a whimsical shape. Oval, square, round, asymmetrical - the possibilities await and any of these unique takes on a classic staple will give your home a dose of architectural panache that will surely turn heads.

Classic & Chic

There’s nothing wrong with keeping things timeless when choosing your wood stove. A sleek and modern version looks good anywhere, and its simple silhouette means it will seamlessly slide into any space that calls for a little extra warmth. A kitchen corner, the center of your living room, or even a sweeping outdoor view all benefit from a chic and stylish wood stove added to the mix.

Spacesavers

Short on square footage or have a very specific spot to install a wood stove? Enter in these space saving beauties. Wall mounted stoves have the dual effect of hiding the wood stove pipe and making the space feel open visually (just like those gorgeous floating stoves). Then, of course, there are extra narrow and slender options to consider, too - whatever the needs of your space call for, we guarantee there’s a stove that will fit just right.

As the temperature ticks up, you should absolutely get excited for a new season, by all means. But remember that wood stoves aren’t just a winter staple. In fact, in our opinion, they’re just as stylish unlit and basking in the rays of a bright summer sun.
